CleanPro: Phone Cleaner is operated by ARIPSER SOLUTIONS S.L.U. CleanPro may offer auto-renewing Premium subscriptions through Apple's App Store. All purchases, billing, renewals and payment processing are handled by Apple. CleanPro does not directly collect or store your payment card or bank account information.
Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial. Unless cancelled, the subscription then renews at the price shown by the App Store at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewing monthly access to CleanPro Premium. The current App Store purchase screen always shows the final price before you confirm.
Auto-renewing annual access to CleanPro Premium, billed through the Apple Account used for the purchase.
A CleanPro Premium subscription unlocks the Premium features made available in your version of the App. Depending on the current version and configuration of CleanPro, Premium access may apply to cleaning and organization tools for photos, videos, screenshots, contacts, storage optimization, Gmail Cleaner and other Premium functionality identified inside the App.
The exact features included with a subscription are shown inside CleanPro before purchase. Features may evolve over time as the App is updated.
You do not need to create a CleanPro account merely to make an App Store subscription purchase. Purchases may initially be associated with an anonymous app user and the Apple purchase used to unlock Premium access.
CleanPro currently uses the following U.S. reference prices:
These are reference prices for the United States and are not a promise that the same numerical price or currency will apply in every country.
Apple may display localized prices in the currency of your App Store storefront. Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the displayed price depending on local law and Apple's billing practices.
Where offered by Apple and where your Apple Account is eligible, the CleanPro weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial.
If you do not cancel the trial before it ends, the weekly subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and Apple charges the weekly price shown to you in the purchase confirmation screen.
Trial eligibility is determined by Apple. A free trial may not be available to every user, including users who have previously used the same or a related introductory offer.
At the time this page was last updated, the 3-day free trial is associated with the weekly plan. The monthly and yearly plans do not include that trial unless Apple's purchase screen specifically displays an introductory offer for that plan.
If you start a trial and do not want it to become a paid subscription, Apple recommends cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
CleanPro Premium subscriptions are auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless cancelled, your subscription renews at the end of each applicable billing period.
Renewal is processed by Apple using the payment method associated with your Apple Account. The renewal price is the price applicable to your subscription and storefront under Apple's purchase and subscription terms.
Apple controls the exact billing date, renewal processing, payment authorization and any billing grace periods or payment-retry behavior that may apply.
Cancelling a CleanPro subscription is handled through Apple. Deleting the CleanPro app, signing out, disconnecting Gmail, or deleting a CleanPro account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
When you cancel a paid subscription, cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and Premium access generally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
For Apple's current cancellation instructions, visit Apple Support: Cancel a subscription .
If you previously purchased an eligible CleanPro subscription through Apple and Premium access is not being recognized, use the Restore Purchases option available in CleanPro.
Restoration asks Apple's purchase system and CleanPro's subscription infrastructure to verify eligible purchases associated with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
You should use the same Apple Account associated with your original App Store subscription.
CleanPro uses RevenueCat as subscription infrastructure to help validate App Store transactions, determine subscription status and unlock Premium entitlements.
RevenueCat does not replace Apple as the payment processor. Your App Store payment is still processed by Apple.
If you use CleanPro without an account, subscription status may initially be associated with an anonymous app identifier. If you later sign in to an optional CleanPro account, the App may use its subscription infrastructure to associate or reconcile eligible Premium access with your signed-in app identity.
Because purchases are billed by Apple, CleanPro and ARIPSER SOLUTIONS S.L.U. cannot directly reverse an App Store charge or independently approve an Apple purchase refund.
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary depending on your country or region and applicable consumer protection law.
To request a refund for an eligible App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.
Subscription prices may change in the future. Changes may result from adjustments made by us, Apple, taxes, currency changes, regional pricing or other lawful pricing factors.
Where Apple or applicable law requires advance notice or your consent before a subscription price increase takes effect, Apple will apply the relevant notification or consent process.
The current price presented by the App Store during purchase or subscription management is the authoritative price for that transaction.
If Apple makes another CleanPro subscription plan available to you, you may be able to change between weekly, monthly and yearly plans through Apple's subscription-management interface.
The effective date of a plan change, any prorating, billing adjustment or refund, and the beginning of the new billing period are determined by Apple's subscription rules and the type of change being made.
CleanPro accounts are optional. If you created a CleanPro account, you can permanently delete it directly from within the App through the account settings.
Deleting your CleanPro account does not cancel an App Store subscription. If you no longer want the subscription to renew, you must cancel it separately through Apple.
Similarly, uninstalling CleanPro from your iPhone does not by itself cancel an active subscription.
If Apple cannot successfully process a payment, Premium access may eventually be interrupted or expire according to Apple's billing status and any applicable billing grace period.
CleanPro relies on Apple purchase information and RevenueCat entitlement information to determine whether Premium access is currently active.
Temporary network problems may delay subscription-status updates. CleanPro may retain a previously verified Premium state for limited continuity where technically appropriate, but active entitlement ultimately depends on valid App Store subscription status.
Apple processes your payment information. CleanPro does not receive or store your full payment-card number, bank account number or Apple Account password.
CleanPro and RevenueCat may process transaction-related information needed to determine subscription and entitlement status, such as the subscription product, renewal or expiration state, trial status and App Store transaction-related metadata.
For more information about how CleanPro handles information, review our Privacy Policy.
For questions about CleanPro Premium access, purchase restoration, a subscription not being recognized, or other CleanPro billing-related issues, contact us.
For charge disputes, refunds, payment-method issues or App Store billing decisions, Apple may need to handle the request directly because Apple processes the transaction.
