Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how CleanPro handles information when you use our iPhone cleaning, organization, subscription, account and Gmail Cleaner features.
Last updated: September 24, 2026
CleanPro: Phone Cleaner ("CleanPro", "we", "us", or "our") is an iOS application operated by ARIPSER SOLUTIONS S.L.U., designed to help users review and organize photos, videos, screenshots, contacts, storage-heavy media and selected Gmail content.
For purposes of applicable data protection laws, ARIPSER SOLUTIONS S.L.U. is responsible for the personal data processed by us in connection with CleanPro, except where a third-party service provider acts as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy.
1. Information We Collect and Process
a) Optional Account Information
You can use CleanPro without creating a CleanPro account. If you choose to create an optional account using email and password, account authentication is provided through Supabase.
Depending on the authentication flow, Supabase may process:
- Your email address.
- A unique account identifier.
- Authentication and session information.
- Technical information necessary to securely create, maintain and restore your authenticated session.
Your password is handled by Supabase authentication systems. We do not receive or store your password in plain text.
b) Photo and Video Library
CleanPro may request permission to access your photo library in order to provide features such as:
- Finding duplicate photos.
- Finding similar photos.
- Identifying potentially blurry photos.
- Finding screenshots.
- Finding large videos.
- Optimizing or compressing selected photos and videos.
- Saving optimized copies back to your photo library.
- Deleting items only after you initiate and confirm the relevant action.
Photo and video analysis is performed on your device using native iOS technologies and app processing logic. CleanPro does not operate a cloud photo-library service and does not intentionally upload your personal photo or video library to our own servers.
Apple controls the final system-level permission and deletion flows. You can change CleanPro's Photos permission at any time from iOS Settings.
c) Contacts
If you choose to use contact-cleaning features, CleanPro may request permission to access your Contacts database.
Contact access is used to:
- Identify possible duplicate contacts.
- Display duplicate contact groups for your review.
- Merge or remove contacts only when you explicitly choose and confirm the corresponding action.
Contact analysis is performed on your device. We do not intentionally upload your address book or contact contents to our own servers.
You can revoke Contacts permission at any time through iOS Settings.
d) Google Account and Gmail Data
CleanPro includes an optional Gmail Cleaner feature. CleanPro does not access your Gmail account unless you explicitly choose to connect Google from within the app.
Authentication is performed using Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization system. CleanPro does not ask for or receive your Google password.
Depending on the permissions you approve, CleanPro may receive basic Google account information such as:
- Your Google account identifier.
- Your email address.
- Basic profile information provided through Google Sign-In.
- OAuth authorization tokens required to access Gmail APIs.
CleanPro uses the Gmail API permission necessary to provide Gmail Cleaner functionality, including the gmail.modify scope.
This permission may allow CleanPro, on your behalf, to read Gmail information required to display and organize messages and to modify message labels in response to actions you initiate.
Gmail Cleaner may use this access to:
- Load messages and relevant message metadata.
- Display email categories and message lists.
- Allow you to review selected messages.
- Archive messages you select.
- Move selected messages to Gmail Trash.
CleanPro does not use Gmail access to permanently delete messages directly from Google's servers. Messages moved to Trash remain subject to Gmail's own Trash and deletion rules.
Gmail access is used only to provide the Gmail Cleaner features visible to you inside CleanPro.
CleanPro does not intentionally store the contents of your Gmail messages on our own servers. Gmail data is retrieved from Google as needed to provide the feature you requested.
You can disconnect Gmail from CleanPro and revoke CleanPro's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security and connected-app settings.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
CleanPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular, Google user data obtained through Gmail APIs is used only to provide or improve the user-facing Gmail Cleaner functionality that you choose to use.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, targeted advertising, profiling for advertising purposes, or sale to data brokers or other third parties.
We do not permit humans to read your Gmail content except where required by law, required for security purposes, or where you have provided explicit consent for a specific support purpose.
Learn more about Google's policies at Google API Services User Data Policy .
e) Subscription and Purchase Information
CleanPro offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store.
Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card number, bank account details or complete billing information.
We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription entitlements and determine whether premium features should be unlocked. RevenueCat may process information such as:
- An anonymous or account-linked app user identifier.
- The subscription product you purchased.
- Subscription status and entitlement status.
- Trial, renewal and expiration information.
- App Store transaction-related metadata.
- Storefront or country-related purchase information.
f) Analytics and App Configuration
CleanPro uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config.
Firebase Analytics may process app and device-related information such as:
- App interactions and usage events.
- App version and device information.
- Operating system information.
- Firebase-generated app instance identifiers.
- Technical and diagnostic information used to understand app usage and improve performance.
Firebase Remote Config is used to remotely control certain app configuration values, such as which version of a paywall experience is displayed.
We do not use Firebase Analytics to read the contents of your photos, videos, contacts or Gmail messages.
g) Local App Information
CleanPro may store certain information locally on your device, such as:
- App preferences.
- Language settings.
- Cached analysis results.
- Local anonymous identifiers used by the app.
- Previously verified subscription state for continuity.
Local information generally remains on your device until it is deleted by the app, cleared by you, or removed when the application is uninstalled.
2. Permissions Used by CleanPro

CleanPro requests permissions only when they are relevant to a feature you choose to use.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Unless a future CleanPro feature clearly discloses otherwise, we do not intentionally collect:
- Precise GPS location.
- Health or fitness information.
- Biometric information.
- Microphone recordings.
- Camera recordings.
- Payment card or bank account numbers.
- Your Google account password.
- Your Apple ID password.

5. Third-Party Service Providers
CleanPro relies on trusted third-party services to provide certain functionality.

Google provides OAuth authentication, Gmail API access, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Remote Config.
Supabase
Supabase provides optional email/password authentication and session infrastructure for CleanPro accounts.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat helps CleanPro manage subscription products, purchases, entitlements and subscription status.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Photos, Videos and Contacts
The content analyzed by CleanPro remains on your device except where you explicitly instruct iOS to save, modify, merge or delete content.
Google / Gmail Data
Gmail data is accessed from Google when necessary to provide Gmail Cleaner. CleanPro does not intentionally maintain a server-side archive of your Gmail message contents.
Google may retain information according to Google's own account, Gmail and API policies.
Supabase Account Data
If you create a CleanPro account, account and authentication data may be retained by Supabase while your account remains active and for additional periods required for security, fraud prevention, backups or legal compliance.
Subscription Data
Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction and subscription records according to their respective legal, accounting, security and service requirements.
Analytics
Firebase may retain analytics and technical information according to the retention settings and policies applicable to Firebase and Google services.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through CleanPro.
These measures include, where applicable:
- Encrypted HTTPS connections for network communications.
- OAuth 2.0 authentication for Google services.
- Apple's iOS application sandbox.
- Apple system permission controls.
- Secure authentication infrastructure provided by Supabase.
- Apple's secure StoreKit payment infrastructure.
- Access controls and service protections provided by our third-party infrastructure providers.
No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Controls
You remain in control of the permissions you grant CleanPro.
- Photos: change or revoke Photos access through iOS Settings.
- Contacts: change or revoke Contacts access through iOS Settings.
- Google/Gmail: disconnect your account in CleanPro where available and revoke CleanPro's authorization from your Google Account.
- Subscriptions: manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple account's subscription settings.
- Restore Purchases: use CleanPro's Restore Purchases option to ask Apple to restore eligible purchases.
- Account: sign out of your optional CleanPro account at any time, or permanently delete your CleanPro account directly from within the app.
9. Account and Data Deletion
If you create an optional CleanPro account, you can permanently delete your account directly from within the CleanPro app through the account settings.
When you initiate account deletion, we will delete or arrange deletion of the CleanPro account and associated account data under our control, subject to limited information that may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, transaction-record, or other legitimate compliance purposes.
If you need assistance with account deletion or a separate personal-data request, you may contact us at support@cleanerpro-app.com .
Deleting your CleanPro account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting a CleanPro account also does not automatically delete photos, videos, contacts or Gmail messages from the services where those items are stored.
10. Your Privacy Rights

- Performance of a contract: to provide CleanPro and features you request.
- Consent: where you choose to grant optional permissions or connect services such as Google.
